At Myce, we take pride in the quality of our products and the care we put into every shipment. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your order arrives damaged.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following information:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Our team will review your claim and, if approved, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
All items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged.
